Acceptance
New Hope Worship Center (“New Hope,” “we,” “us”) provides this website for ministry: to introduce our church in Grovetown, Georgia, share Sundays and next steps, and point people to giving, events, and messages. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise the terms. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
Your information
Anything we collect through this website is described in our Privacy Policy. Using the site means you consent to those practices.
Permitted and unpermitted use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, or for the internal use of a church or ministry, as long as you do not copy the site in a way that suggests New Hope endorses another organization. We reserve all rights not granted here.
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law;
- exploit or harm minors, or ask a minor for personal information through this site;
- impersonate New Hope, our staff, or anyone else;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the site or other people’s use of it;
- scrape, crawl, or copy the site with automated tools except ordinary search engines;
- introduce malware or attempt to break into our systems;
- submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone else’s rights;
- use the site to run ads, contests, or other commercial promotions without our written permission; or
- imply that New Hope created or approved something we did not.
Accounts on other services
This website does not create a New Hope login. Giving, event registration, groups, and video playback may send you to Pushpay, Church Center / Planning Center, or YouTube. Those services have their own terms. If you receive a password or access code from one of them, keep it confidential and tell that provider (and us, if it affects New Hope) if you think it was misused.
Monitoring, enforcement, and termination
We may refuse or remove submissions, limit access, or cooperate with law enforcement when we believe there is a legal issue, a safety risk, abuse of the site, or a violation of these terms. We may disclose information when the law requires it or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect New Hope, our guests, or the public. You agree that New Hope and people acting for us are not liable to you for those actions when they are taken in good faith.
Reliance on information
Content on this site is for general ministry information. Service times, event details, and similar items can change. We work to keep pages current, but we do not warrant that everything is complete, translated, or error-free. You rely on the site at your own risk. Confirm anything important with the church before you make plans.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, photos, video, graphics, layout, and code are owned by New Hope or by people who have licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages for personal or church use. You may not copy the site, strip our branding, or reuse our media in another product without written permission, except where a page clearly invites you to download or share something.
Messages and other media hosted on YouTube remain subject to YouTube’s terms and to any copyright notices on those videos.
Name, logo, and design
The New Hope Worship Center name, logo, and related marks are ours. Do not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or partnership unless we have agreed in writing. Other names on the site (including Pushpay, Planning Center, YouTube, and YouVersion) belong to their owners.

Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, New Hope makes no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted access, freedom from harmful code, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, our disclaimers apply only as far as the law permits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, New Hope, our staff, volunteers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website or sites linked from it, even if we were told those damages might occur. Waiver, severability, and entire agreement
If we do not enforce a part of these terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. A waiver must be in writing. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and New Hope about this website. They replace any prior understandings about the site.
